Their personal touch customer service is like no other, you can tell they genuinely care. The install crew is also very nice and easy to work with. These guys, Gerry & Billy, were fantastic to work with! I had a major breakdown of one of my Pirouette blinds & I knew it was going to be a nightmare to get it fixed because I’ve had a variety of Hunter Douglas blinds installed in my house over the last 18 yrs, using a couple different companies because of business closures. . etc. Two or 3 times I’ve needed service or repair and it has always been nearly impossible to find someone knowledgeable & willing to do these minor repairs, since it doesn’t involve a big purchase. Their business card gets a prominent spot on my refrigerator!

So glad I saw their add on TV and decided to see if they’d come to Sprague(not many different businesses do!) Gerry was so pleasant & helpful, I immediately knew this was the company I wanted installing my window coverings! Next came Billie & Alex to install. Alex kept me informed and worked it out to install a week earlier than the next opening! He also kept me informed of their arrival time! That was much appreciated! Even though we had fitting problems, in the end they covered our windows with the shutters and said they will reorder to make them fit perfect. I would definitely recommend them whole heartedly! The installers, Alex and Mike were friendly and very efficient and asked how we wanted the blinds placed in the frames. They made sure to answer our questions before they left. Love our blinds! We had them install motorized shades and they are fantastic! The look of the valances blend in perfectly to our window trim so you’d never notice they were installed. The blinds when down look amazing too. They were great to work with and installation was professionally done! The price was much less than I had predicted, which was a bonus. We decided to purchase a single set of vertical blinds for the slider. The product is energy efficient and held up to our expectations up to this point. Gerry (the owner), wasn’t pushy, or trying to steer us in one direction over the other. It’s refreshing to see honesty in a locally owned business.

Dana is the BEST! We have had her help with two homes that had a lot of windows. Both times she put in a ton of time and effort to help us get a combination of exactly what we wanted!
